The Committee comprises nine volunteers.
Roles defined as follows…
Président(e) – Chairs meetings, guides the organisation’s direction, and acts as spokesperson for the organisation.
Trésorier/Trésorière – Manages finances, oversees financial reports.
Secrétaire – Records and distributes meeting minutes, co-ordinates external correspondence.
Coordonnatrice des Événements – Co-ordinates social events with committee members and external parties to deliver events and reports event outcomes.
Membres du Comité Général – Attend monthly meetings; assist with delivery of social events; offer support where needed and possible; and embody the goals of the organisation.
The defined roles of the committee are fluid, with all committee members working together and collaboratively across the organisation to deliver classes, events and other solutions as needed.
This is a general guideline, and roles may be modified to suit skill sets and time availabilities.
